Our wish for you is that you are completely satisfied with your order from us.

Upon registration as a customer, you are hereby agreeing to our ordering, shipping and return policies below.

We reserve the right to modify our terms and conditions as needed.

 

Shipping Information

We ship only to the contiguous 48 US States. Due to surging freight costs, we are unable at this time to ship to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands or elsewhere.

Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours via Fed Ex. Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery depending upon your location. Most orders will arrive faster. Most of our orders originate from the Columbia, MO area. If a back order occurs, we will inform you as soon as we are notified, usually within a day. We will advise you if an expected shipping time is available. Of course, you have the right to cancel any back ordered items.

Our traditional shipper does not deliver to PO Boxes, so your shipping address must be a residence or commercial street address or rural route number.  

If you don't have an address for Fed Ex shipping,  please call us during our normal business hours (mountain time) to arrange alternative shipping arrangements via the US Post Office.

 

Sales Tax Information:

If you are ordering from Colorado, we are required to collect state sales tax (2.9%) on your order with a Colorado ship to address. On all other orders  we do not collect a sales tax.

 

Return Handling:

Unopened and/or unused items may be returned within thirty days of receipt,

provided that you email us in advance to obtain a return authorization number.

This allows us to process your return to the manufacturer and to credit your card.

The exception to this policy are items sold in our section, "Clearance Table," which are sold as is.

There are no returns on clearance items.

Your credit will reflect actual charges including any applicable discounts. We are unable to reimburse you for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If you received your item during a free shipping promotion, your credit will have actual shipping charges deducted from your total.

To receive your credit or make an exchange, you must ship the item(s) back to us in the same shape as it was shipped to you.

Customers returning items for any reason other than those mentioned herein, will be charged a 20% restocking fee. 

 
Damage Claims:

You must first notify us of any damage claims prior to returning anything to us. We will instruct you as to how to return your items to exchange for replacements. For any damage that occurs in shipping, we ask that you retain all boxes and notify us immediately so that we can make a claim with the carrier and handle your return.

Failure to follow the above instructions may delay or nullify your credit.

 

Manufacturers Defects

If you feel that a product is not working properly or is somehow defective, please contact us for instructions.

Do not return an item without first obtaining instructions from us.

Any packages returned to us without a return authorization number will be immediately returned to the sender.

 

Warrantied Items

Items covered by manufacturer warranties should first be claimed with that manufacturer.

We are happy to order parts or to intercede on your behalf with a manufacturer should the need arise.

As always, we're  happy to perform repairs for local customers. Internet customers that need repairs will incur freight charges for repairs done by us.

As well, some items may carry a nominal charge for labor.

You have the right to disagree with our terms and conditions.

If you disagree, simply leave this internet site.
